The Neat Sense mode does a complete analysis of the room the user uses and provides a report on how humid the room is and the quality of the air in the room to be displayed in a dashboard. There are also other features that are capable of finding out how many individuals are present in the room and the possibility of pairing a zoom room with another person to make the work more efficient.
Zoom rooms are meant for meeting places such as conference rooms, it costs about 499 dollars per room. Through Kiosk mode, Zoom has made things super easy and safe to re-enter the office, this is how the feature works:
# 1. When a person enters the office, they can check-in virtually by starting a meeting, through the (virtual receptionist) kiosk mode. The receptionist is connected through the call and she needn’t be in the office to do this.
# 2. The mode also monitors the temperature of the person before letting them go in as a usual precaution.
# 3. Before getting into a room, this feature allows the users to get all the information about the room capacity, the temperature inside the room, and also the CO2 counts. This helps the office goers help themselves with the safety protocols for protection.
# 4. Once the user enters the zoom room, the feature allows them to start a meeting completely touch-free, using voice commands.
# 5. Pairing mobile phones and laptops with the actual device helps the users to control their audio, video, and screen sharing options.
# 6. After co-annotating with people through a meeting, from wherever they are, chat can be straightly used from the meeting, helping people to pick up from whichever part they left.
